आर्थिक गैरव्यवहार प्रकरणी अनिल देशमुख यांच्या जामीनावरील सुनावणी 20 ऑक्टोबर पर्यंत तहकूब करण्यात आली आहे. दरम्यान ईडी प्रकरणात बॉम्बे हाय कोर्टाकडून त्यांना दिलासा मिळाला आहे पण सीबीआयच्या प्रकरणी अजून त्यांची सुटका न झाल्याने तुरूंगातून बाहेर पडण्यासाठी न्यायालयीन लढाई सुरू आहे.  Additional Solicitor General Anil Singh सीबीआय कडून आपली बाजू मांडणार आहे.
