Monkeypox च्या संशयित रूग्णांना हाताळण्यासाठी AIIMS Delhi कडून प्रोटोकॉल जारी

Monkeypox च्या संशयित रूग्णांना हाताळण्यासाठी AIIMS Delhi कडून प्रोटोकॉल जारी करण्यात आला आहे. सध्या भारतामध्ये मंकीपॉक्सचा एकही रूग्ण आढळलेला नाही. मात्र जगभरात वाढती रूग्णसंख्या पाहता केंद्र सरकारने लेडी हार्डिंग मेडिकल कॉलेज, आरएमएल हॉस्पिटल आणि दिल्लीतील सफदरजंग हॉस्पिटलला मंकीपॉक्ससाठी नोडल हॉस्पिटल बनवले आहे. मंकीपॉक्सच्या रुग्णांसाठी या रुग्णालयांमध्ये आयसोलेशन वॉर्ड तयार करण्यात आले आहेत. जिथे रुग्णांना उपचारासोबतच निरीक्षणाखाली ठेवण्यात येणार आहे. मंकीपॉक्स पॉझिटिव्ह रुग्ण कुठेही आढळल्यास त्याला या रुग्णालयांमध्ये दाखल केले जाऊ शकते. (हेही वाचा, Monkeypox: मंकीपॉक्स आजाराचं नाव बदललं, जागतिक आरोग्य संघटनेकडून नव्या नावाची घोषणा).
