अल्पवयीन मुलीवर सामूहिक बलात्कार करणारा 22 वर्षीय आरोपी राहुल बघेल त्याची 25 वर्षीय पत्नी ब्रिजेश देवीसोबत राहणार आहे. पॉक्सो कायद्यांतर्गत अल्वर तुरुंगात बंद असलेल्या राहुलला 15 दिवसांचा पॅरोल देण्यात आला आहे.
राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालयाचा ऐतिहासिक निर्णय सध्या चर्चेत आहे. यामध्ये गँगरेपच्या दोषीला 15 दिवस पत्नीसोबत राहण्याची परवानगी देण्यात आली आहे. हायकोर्टाने तीन दिवसांपूर्वी त्यांची पॅरोलवर सुटका करण्याचे आदेश दिले. अल्पवयीन मुलीवर सामूहिक बलात्कार करणारा 22 वर्षीय आरोपी राहुल बघेल त्याची 25 वर्षीय पत्नी ब्रिजेश देवीसोबत राहणार आहे. पॉक्सो कायद्यांतर्गत अल्वर तुरुंगात बंद असलेल्या राहुलला 15 दिवसांचा पॅरोल देण्यात आला आहे. न्यायालयाचा हा आदेश अलवर तुरुंग प्रशासनापर्यंत पोहोचला आहे. राजस्थानमधील हा पहिलाच निकाल आहे, ज्यात बलात्काराच्या आरोपीला पॅरोल मिळाला आहे.
