CAA Implementation: CAA विरोधात केरळ सरकार सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात, अंमलबजावणी थांबवण्यासाठी याचिका दाखल

नागरिकत्व सुधारणा कायदा (CAA) 2024 वर बंदी घालण्याची मागणी करत केरळ सरकारने सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात धाव घेतली आहे. नागरिकत्व दुरुस्ती कायद्यावर बंदी घालण्याची मागणी करणारी याचिका सरकारने दाखल केली आहे. यापूर्वी, इतर अनेक राज्ये आणि लोकांनी नागरिकत्व दुरुस्ती कायद्यावर बंदी घालण्याची मागणी केली आहे. सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने या याचिकेवर सुनावणी घेण्याचे मान्य केले असून या प्रकरणाची सुनावणी 19 मार्च रोजी होणार आहे.
