'Taj Mahal हा Shah Jahan ने बांधला नाही'; 'हिंदू सेना'च्या संघटनेच्या याचिकेचा विचार करण्याचे दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयाचे निर्देश
राजा मानसिंग यांचा राजवाडा पाडून त्याच ठिकाणी ताजमहाल पुन्हा उभारल्याचा कोणताही ऐतिहासिक पुरावा नाही. असा दावा याचिकेमध्ये करण्यात आला आहे.
दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयाने ASI ला 'हिंदू सेना' नावाच्या संघटनेने सादर केलेल्या निवेदनाचा विचार करण्याचे निर्देश दिले आहेत. यामध्ये ताजमहालबद्दल "चुकीचा इतिहास" बदलण्यासाठी जनहित याचिका दाखल केली होती आणि दावा केला होता की तो शाहजहानने बांधला नव्हता. हिंदू सेनेचे अध्यक्ष सुरजीत सिंह यादव यांनी दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयात ही याचिका दाखल केली आहे. याचिकेत म्हटले आहे की, राजा मानसिंग यांचा राजवाडा पाडून त्याच ठिकाणी ताजमहाल पुन्हा उभारल्याचा कोणताही ऐतिहासिक पुरावा नाही.
