अभिनेते राज कपूर (Raj Kapoor) यांच्या ऐतिहासिक बंगल्याची व्रिकी झाली आहे. हा बंगला गोदरेज (Godrej) प्रॉपर्टीज लिमिटेडने खरेदी केला आहे. हा बंगला मुंबईतील (Mumbai) चेंबूरमध्ये देवनार फार्म रोडवर टाटा इन्स्टिट्यूट ऑफ सोशल सायन्सच्या (TISS) बाजूला आहे. हा बंगला विकत घेण्याआधी मे २०१९ मध्ये गोदरेज प्रॉपर्टीजने राज कपूर यांचा आरके स्टुडिओ (RK Studio) खरेदी केला होता. हा व्यवहार कितीला झाला याची माहिती गोदरेज कडून देण्यात आलेली नाही. तब्बल एक एकरवर पसरलेल्या परिसरात हा बंगला असून मुंबईतील सर्वात महागड्या परिसरा पैकी हा एक परिसर आहे.
