Fintech Layoff: निओबँकिंग युनिकॉर्न ओपनने 47 कर्मचार्यांना कामावरुन काढले
कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या कामाच्या मुल्यांकनावरुन त्यांना कामावरुन काढून टाकले असल्याचे यावेळी कंपनीकडून सांगण्यात आले.
सध्या अनेक कंपन्यामध्ये कर्मचारी कपात (Layoff) ही केली जात आहे. जागतिक मंदीचे कारण देत अनेक कंपन्या आपल्या कर्मचाऱ्यांना कामावरुन कमी करत आहे. निओबँकिंग युनिकॉर्न ओपनने (Open) देखील आपल्या 47 कर्मचाऱ्यांना कामावरुन कमी केले आहे. कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या कामाच्या मुल्यांकनावरुन त्यांना कामावरुन काढून टाकले असल्याचे यावेळी कंपनीकडून सांगण्यात आले.
