Paris Olympics 2024: पॅरिस ऑलिम्पिक 2024 मध्ये भारत आणि स्पेनचे हॉकी संघ कांस्यपदकाच्या लढतीत आमनेसामने होते. दोन्ही संघांमधील हा सामना पॅरिसमधील स्टेड यवेस-डु-मनोइर येथे आयोजित करण्यात आला होता. भारतीय हॉकी संघाने हा सामना 2-1 ने जिंकला. यासह भारताने सलग दुसऱ्यांदा कांस्यपदक जिंकले आहे. 2020 च्या टोकियो ऑलिम्पिकमध्येही भारताने कांस्यपदक जिंकले होते. यापूर्वी, जर आपण ऑलिम्पिकच्या इतिहासाबद्दल बोललो तर, भारताने 1968 आणि 1972 मध्ये सलग पदके जिंकली होती. त्यानंतर अशी संधी कधीच आली नाही की हॉकीमध्ये भारताने सलग दोनदा पदक जिंकले. पण आता भारताने इतिहासाची पुनरावृत्ती केली आहे. म्हणजे कांस्यपदकाच्या रूपाने का होईना, भारताचा सुवर्णकाळ परत येताना दिसत आहे. या ऑलिम्पिकमध्ये भारताने आता एकूण चार पदके जिंकली आहेत. मात्र, ही सर्व पदके केवळ कांस्यच आहेत.
