आयपीएल 2024 (IPL 2024) पूर्वी दोन वेळा चॅम्पियन राहिलेल्या कोलकाता नाईट रायडर्सने (KKR) कर्णधारपदाबाबत मोठा निर्णय घेतला आहे. केकेआरने प्रमुख खेळाडू श्रेयस अय्यरला (Shreyas Iyer) पुन्हा कर्णधार बनवले आहे, तर नितीश राणाला (Nitish Rana) कर्णधारपदावरून हटवून उपकर्णधारपदाची जबाबदारी देण्यात आली आहे. दुखापतीमुळे अय्यर शेवटचा हंगाम खेळू शकला नाही, त्यामुळे व्यवस्थापनाने राणाला कर्णधार बनवले.
