Supreme Court Grants Bail to Nawab Malik: राष्ट्रवादीचे नेते नवाब मलिक यांना सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाकडून दिलासा; आरोग्याच्या कारणास्तव दोन महिन्यांसाठी अंतरिम जामीन मंजूर
न्यायमूर्ती अनिरुद्ध बोस आणि न्यायमूर्ती बेला एम त्रिवेदी यांच्या खंडपीठाने स्पष्ट केले की, जामीन आदेश वैद्यकीय आधारावर आहे.
महाराष्ट्राचे माजी मंत्री, राष्ट्रवादीचे नेते नवाब मलिक यांना अखेर सुप्रीम कोर्टाकडून दिलासा मिळाला आहे. न्यायालयाने मलिक यांना आरोग्याच्या कारणास्तव दोन महिन्यांसाठी अंतरिम जामीन मंजूर केला आहे. नवाब मलिक फेब्रुवारी 2022 पासून मनी लाँड्रिंग प्रकरणात तुरुंगात होते. न्यायमूर्ती अनिरुद्ध बोस आणि न्यायमूर्ती बेला एम त्रिवेदी यांच्या खंडपीठाने स्पष्ट केले की, जामीन आदेश वैद्यकीय आधारावर आहे. तात्पुरता वैद्यकीय जामीन अर्ज फेटाळण्याच्या मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाच्या आदेशाविरुद्ध मलिक यांनी सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात धाव घेतली होती. या याचिकेवर न्यायालयाने जमीन मंजूर केला आहे. याआधी 30 नोव्हेंबर 2022 रोजी मुंबईच्या विशेष न्यायालयाने या प्रकरणातील जामीन अर्ज फेटाळल्यानंतर मलिक यांनी उच्च न्यायालयात धाव घेतली होती. आता वैद्यकीय आधारावर जामीन देण्यास ईडीने हरकत घेतली नाही.
