Shiv Sena and Dhanushya Baan ECI Controversy: निवडणूक आयोगाविरुद्ध उद्धव ठाकरे गटाच्या याचिकेवर सुप्रिम कोर्टात सुनावणी सुरु
शिवसेना पक्षाचे नाव आणि मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे यांना धनुष्यबाण चिन्ह देण्याबाबत निवडणूक आयोगाच्या आदेशाविरोधात उद्धव ठाकरे यांनी दाखल केलेल्या याचिकेवर सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात सुनावणी सुरु झाली आहे. उद्धव ठाकरे यांच्या बाजून कपील सिब्बल सध्या बाजू मांडत आहे.
शिवसेना पक्षाचे नाव आणि मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे यांना धनुष्यबाण चिन्ह देण्याबाबत निवडणूक आयोगाच्या आदेशाविरोधात उद्धव ठाकरे यांनी दाखल केलेल्या याचिकेवर सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात सुनावणी सुरु झाली आहे. उद्धव ठाकरे यांच्या बाजून कपील सिब्बल सध्या बाजू मांडत आहे. सर्वच्च न्यायालयाच्या सरन्यायाधिशांसह तीन न्यायाधीशांच्या खंडपीठासमोर या प्रकरणाची सुनावणी सुरु आहे.
