सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने शुक्रवारी निवडणूक आयोगाला (EC)जर एखाद्या ठिकाणी उमेदवारांपेक्षा None of the Above या पर्यायाला अधिक मतं मिळाल्याप्रकरणी PIL वरून नोटीस बजावली आहे. या PIL  मध्ये ज्याला NOTA पेक्षा कमी मतं आहेत त्याला पुन्हा होणार्‍या पोटनिवडणूकीत सहभागी न करण्याची मागणी केली आहे. लेखक शिव खेरा यांनी ही जनहित याचिका केली आहे.
