मुंबई पोलिसांचा हेल्पलाईन नंबर 112 वर धमकीचा खोटा फोन आल्याने आज शहरात पुन्हा खळबळ उडाली होती. भारत-पाक तणावादरम्यान अनेक ठिकाणी बॉम्बस्फोटाच्या धमकीचे कॉल्स येत आहेत. अशात आज राजीव सिंग असे स्वतःची ओळख सांगणारऱ्याने दावा केला की त्याने जेजे मार्ग परिसरातील एका व्यक्तीला शहरात बॉम्बस्फोट घडवण्याबद्दल बोलताना ऐकले. पोलिसांना फोन आल्यानंतर लगेचच स्थानिक पोलिस आणि बॉम्बशोधक पथकाला सतर्क करण्यात आले आणि त्यांना तात्काळ तैनात करण्यात आले. पण कोणतीही संशयास्पद वस्तू आढळली नाही. "अधिकाऱ्यांना नंतर ही माहिती खोटी असल्याचे आढळून आले आणि त्यांनी राजीव सिंगविरुद्ध गुन्हा दाखल केला आहे," असे मुंबई पोलिस अधिकाऱ्यांनी सांगितले.
