सीरम इन्स्टिट्यूट, बिल गेट्स आणि राज्य सरकारकडून कोविड लसीच्या दुष्परिणामांमुळे झालेल्या मुलीच्या मृत्यूसाठी 1000 कोटी रुपयांची भरपाई मागणाऱ्या याचिकेवर मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाने नोटीस बजावली आहे. गेट्सची बाजू मांडणाऱ्या वकिलाने कोर्टात नोटीस स्वीकारली आहे. एका मृत वैद्यकीय विद्यार्थ्याच्या वडिलांनी मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयात याचिका दाखल केली होती, ज्यात आपल्या मुलीच्या मृत्यूसाठी 1,000 कोटी रुपये नुकसानभरपाईची मागणी केली होती. त्यांचा मृत्यू कोविड लसीच्या दुष्परिणामामुळे झाला असल्याचा त्यांचा दावा आहे.
