Former CAG Vinod Rai कडून Sanjay Nirupam यांच्यासाठी माफीनामा देण्यात आला आहे. संजय निरूपम यांच्याकडून पटियाला हाऊस, दिल्ली मध्ये अब्रुनुकसानीचा दावा करण्यात आला होता. आता UPA सरकारच्या  2G, Coal Block Allocations बाबत खोट्या रिपोर्टबाबतही देशाची  माफी मागावी अशी  मागणी संजय निरूपम यांनी ट्वीट करत केली आहे.
