काँग्रेस नेते आणि वायनाडचे खासदार राहुल गांधी यांना मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाने अंतिरीम संरक्षण वाढवून दिले आहे. भाजप नेते श्री श्रीमल यांनी दाखल केलेल्या मानहानीच्या प्रकरणात गांधी यांना हा दिलासा मिळाला आहे.
काँग्रेस नेते आणि वायनाडचे खासदार राहुल गांधी यांना मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाने अंतिरीम संरक्षण वाढवून दिले आहे. भाजप नेते श्री श्रीमल यांनी दाखल केलेल्या मानहानीच्या प्रकरणात गांधी यांना हा दिलासा मिळाला आहे. मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाच्या गिरगाव न्यायदंडाधिकाऱ्यांनी या फौजदारी प्रकरणाची कारवाई पुढे ढकलण्याचे निर्देश दिले आहेत. हे अंतरीम संरक्षण येत्या 23 जानेवारी 2024 पर्यंत वाढवण्यात आले आहे.
