Pune Porsche Car Accident Case: पुणे कार अपघात प्रकरणी (Pune Porsche Car Accident Case) पुणे जिल्हा न्यायालयाने (Pune District Court) अल्पवयीन आरोपीच्या वडिलांना जामीन मंजूर केला आहे. त्याला प्राथमिक प्रकरणात जामीन मिळाला असून त्याच्यावर बाल न्याय कायद्याच्या कलम 75 आणि 77 अंतर्गत गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला आहे. 19 मे रोजी भरधाव वेगात असलेल्या पोर्श कारने मागून धडक दिल्याने पुण्यात कार्यरत असलेले अनिश अवधिया आणि अश्विनी कोष्टा हे दोघे आयटी अभियंता ठार झाले होते. अल्पवयीन आरोपीच्या वडिलांचे वकील ॲडव्होकेट प्रशांत पाटील यांनी सांगितलं की, माझ्या अशिलाला पुण्यातील सत्र न्यायालयाने जामीन मंजूर केला आहे. न्यायालयाने घातलेल्या अटींचे पालन करणे हे त्याचे कर्तव्य आहे.
