झोमॅटोचे संस्थापक आणि सीईओ दीपंदर गोयल यांनी मंगळवारी प्युअर व्हेज मोड सेवा सुरू करण्याची घोषणा केली होती. मात्र काही तासांतच त्यांना त्यांचा हा निर्णय बदलावा लागला आहे.
Zomato Pure Veg Fleet : झोमॅटोने काल (मंगळवारी) आपल्या शाकाहारी ग्राहकांसाठी प्युअर व्हेज मोड सेवा सुरू करण्याची घोषणा केली होती. ज्यात शाकाहारी ग्राहकांसाठी खास हिरव्या रंगामध्ये डिलिव्हरी बॉयचा शर्ट आणि डिलिव्हरी बॉक्स वापरण्यात येणार होता. त्याशिवाय ते जेवण फक्त शुद्ध शाकाहारी रेस्टॉरंटमधलेच असणार होते. मात्र, या सेवेला ग्राहकांकडून वाईट प्रतिसाद मिळाला. आपण व्हेज (veg food) खातोय की नॉनव्हेज (non-veg food ), हे समाजाला सांगू नये, असंही अनेकांनी म्हटले. त्यावर, बुधवारी उशीर न करता गोयल यांनी आपला निर्णय बदलला आहे. त्याबाबतचे ट्विट दीपंदर गोयल (Deepinder Goyal ) यांनी केले आहे.
