सेमी कॉन्शिअस अवस्थेतील महिला लैंगिक संबंधासाठी संमती देऊ शकत नाही असं म्हणत केरळ उच्च न्यायालयाने बलात्कार प्रकरणात अटकपूर्व जामीन अर्ज फेटाळला आहे. या प्रकरणात आरोपीने तिला केक आणि पाण्याची बाटली दिल्यानंतर तिच्यावर बलात्कार करण्यात आला. थोड्या वेळाने पीडीतेला जाणवलं की तिची दृष्टी कमी होत आहे आणि ती सेमी कॉन्शियस अवस्थेत होती.
