Verdict on Hijab Ban: उद्या येऊ शकतो हिजाब बंदी प्रकरणी सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाचा निकाल
न्यायालयाने हिजाब समर्थक याचिकाकर्त्यांव्यतिरिक्त कर्नाटक सरकार आणि महाविद्यालयीन शिक्षकांचा युक्तिवाद ऐकला होता.
कर्नाटकातील शाळा आणि महाविद्यालयांमधील हिजाब बंदी उठवण्यास नकार देणाऱ्या कर्नाटक उच्च न्यायालयाच्या निकालाला आव्हान देणाऱ्या याचिकांवर, भारताचे सर्वोच्च न्यायालय उद्या (13 ऑक्टोबर) आपला निकाल सुनावण्याची शक्यता आहे. सुप्रीम कोर्टाने 22 सप्टेंबर रोजी या प्रकरणाचा निकाल राखून ठेवला होता. न्यायमूर्ती हेमंत गुप्ता आणि न्यायमूर्ती सुधांशू धुलिया यांच्या खंडपीठासमोर याबाबत 10 दिवस सुनावणी झाली आहे. यादरम्यान न्यायालयाने हिजाब समर्थक याचिकाकर्त्यांव्यतिरिक्त कर्नाटक सरकार आणि महाविद्यालयीन शिक्षकांचा युक्तिवाद ऐकला. आता उद्या सर्वोच्च न्यायालय याबाबत निकाल देणार आहे.
