'मोदी आडनावावरून' राहुल गांधी यांनी केलेल्या वक्तव्यावरून 2 वर्षाची शिक्षा सुनावली होती. त्याच्या विरूद्ध राहुल यांनी याचिका केली होती पण ती फेटाळल्यानंतर आता ते उच्च न्यायालयामध्ये जाणार आहेत.
राहुल गांधी यांना सूरत कोर्टाने अजून एकदा दणका दिला आहे. 'मोदी आडनावावरून' राहुल गांधी यांनी केलेल्या वक्तव्यावरून 2 वर्षाची शिक्षा सुनावली होती. त्याच्या विरूद्ध राहुल यांनी याचिका केली होती पण ती फेटाळल्यानंतर आता ते उच्च न्यायालयामध्ये जाणार आहेत. कोर्टाने कमाल शिक्षा सुनावली आहे. तसेच ज्यांंच्या संदर्भात हे वक्तव्य आहे त्यांच्यापैकी कुणी तक्रार केलेली नाही यावरून गांधींच्या वकिलांनी युक्तिवाद केला होता पण तो फेटाळण्यात आला आहे.
