भारतामध्ये 91,361 सक्रिय रूग्ण आहेत तर 98.36% रिकव्हरी रेट आहे.
भारतामध्ये पुन्हा कोरोना रूग्णसंख्येमध्ये मोठी वाढ पहायला मिळत आहे. देशात वाढता ओमिक्रॉनचा धोका चिंताजनक आहे. देशात मागील 24 तासांमध्ये 16,764 नव्या कोरोनाबाधितांची नोंद झाली आहे तर 7,585 जणांनी या आजारावर मात केली आहे. दुर्देवाने 220 मृत्यू देखील नोंदवण्यात आले आहेत. यामध्ये भारतातील ओमिक्रॉनची लागण झालेल्यांचा आकडा 1270 आहे. महाराष्ट्रात सर्वाधिक 450 रूग्ण आहेत.
