DGHS ने आज (18 जानेवारी) रोजी देशभरातील सर्व वैद्यकीय संघटनांना पत्र लिहिले. एएनआय या वृत्तसंस्थेनुसार, डीजीएचएसने अँटी-मायक्रोबियल्स लिहून देताना indications लिहिणं अनिवार्य केले आहे. "वैद्यकीय महाविद्यालयातील सर्व डॉक्टरांना तातडीचे आवाहन आहे की anti-microbials लिहून देताना अचूक इंडिकेशन/कारण/जस्टिफिकेशन अनिवार्यपणे नमूद करावे.,असे पत्रात म्हटले आहे. डीजीएचएसने असेही म्हटले आहे की अँटी-मायक्रोबियल्सचा गैरवापर आणि अतिवापर हे drug-resistant pathogens होण्याचे कारण होत आहे. 'Capital Letters मध्ये लिहा किंवा टाईप करुन द्या', डॉक्टरांकडील Post-Mortem Reports अहवाल आणि औषधांच्या चिठ्ठीबाबत हायकोर्टाचे आदेश .
