कोविशिल्ड ही लस सीरम इन्स्टिट्युट कडून तर कोवॅक्सिन भारत बायोटेक कडून विकसित करण्यात आलेली लस आहे.
भारतीय बनावटीच्या कोविड 19 लसी Covishield आणि Covaxin ला ओपन मार्केट मध्ये विक्रीसाठी DCGI ने आज (27 जानेवारी) काही अटी शर्थींसह मंजुरी दिली आहे. यामुळे मेडिकल स्टोअर मध्ये या लसी उपलब्ध नसतील पण हॉस्पिटल आणि क्लिनिक्स ती विकत घेऊ शकतात. दर सहा महिन्यांनी DCGI ला वॅक्सिनेशनचा डाटा द्यावा लागेल. तसेच तो कोविन अॅप वर देखील अपडेट केला जाईल.
