काँग्रेस नेते राहुल गांधी Rahul Gandhi यांची खासदारकी रद्द करण्यात आली आहे. 2019 मध्ये राहुल गांधी यांनी मोदी आडनावावरून टिप्पणी केली होती. याप्रकरणी सूरतमधील (Surat Court) एका न्यायालयाने राहुल गांधी यांना दोन वर्षांची शिक्षा सुनावली आहे. दोन वर्षांची शिक्षा झाल्यानंतर राहुल गांधींची खासदारकी रद्द करण्यात आली आहे. याप्रकरणी काँग्रेसने सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात धाव घेतली आहे. या प्रकरणानंतर राहुल गांधी यांनी आपल्या ट्विटरवर परिचयातबदल केला आहे. Dis'Qualified MP असा उल्लेख त्यांनी केला आहे.
