सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने Chandigarh Mayor Election चा निकाल पालटला आहे.
सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने आदेश दिलेल्या आदेशानुसार, अवैध मानण्यात आलेली 8 मते, AAP उमेदवार कुलदीप कुमार यांच्या बाजूने वैधपणे मंजूर करण्यात आली आणि त्यांच्यासाठी आठ मतांची मोजणी केल्यास त्यांना 20 मते मिळाली. पीठासीन अधिकाऱ्याने दिलेला निवडणूक निकाल रद्द करण्यात यावा, असे आम्ही निर्देश देतो, असे म्हणत सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने Chandigarh Mayor Election चा निकाल पालटला आहे. सोबतच रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर अनिल मसिह यांच्यावर गैरवर्तन केल्याप्रकरणी खटला चालवण्याचे आदेश सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने दिले आहेत.
