केंद्र सरकारने दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयात सादर केलेल्या अॅफिडेव्हिट मध्ये PM CARES Fund हा आरटीआय अंतर्गत येणारा पब्लिक अथॉरिटी नसून त्यामध्ये कोणतीही व्यक्ती किंवा संस्था स्वखूशीने दान देऊ शकते. असं म्हटलं आहे.
केंद्र सरकारने दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयात सादर केलेल्या अॅफिडेव्हिट मध्ये PM CARES Fund हा आरटीआय अंतर्गत येणारा पब्लिक अथॉरिटी नसून त्यामध्ये कोणतीही व्यक्ती किंवा संस्था स्वखूशीने दान देऊ शकते. त्याला कोणत्याने कायद्याने, संविधानाने बनवलेले नाही. दरम्यान कोर्टात सध्या निधीच्या कामकाजात पारदर्शकता सुनिश्चित करण्यासाठी घटनेच्या अनुच्छेद 12 अंतर्गत 'राज्य' घोषित करण्याची मागणी करणारी याचिका करण्यात आली आहे.
