अहमदाबाद बॉम्बस्फोट (Ahmedabad Serial Blast 2008) प्रकरणात विशेष न्यायालयाने (City Civil Court) दोषी 38 जणांना फाशीची शिक्षा ठोठावली आहे. विशेष न्यायाधीश ए आर पटेल यांच्या खंडपीठाने या खटल्यातील 78 आरोपींपैकी 49 जणांना दोषी ठरवले. त्यापैकी 11 जणांना जन्मठेप तर 38 जणांना फाशीची शिक्षा ठोठावली.
