नागरिकांचं हित लक्षात घेता आणि आर्थिक फसवणूक, तोटा टाळण्यासाठी आरबीआय कडून काही महत्त्वाचे निर्णय घेण्यात आले आहेत. यामध्ये पेटीएम पासून बॅंक ऑफ बडोदा वर काही निर्बंध आहेत. आरबीआय ने ‘bob World’ mobile app वर नव्या ग्राहकांना घेण्यावर 10 ऑक्टोबर 2023 पासून घेण्यावर बंदी घातली होती. 31 जानेवारी 2024 पासून पेटीएम वर निर्बंध आहेत. त्यामध्ये बॅंकिंग सर्व्हिस बंद केली आहे. IIFL Finance वर 4 मार्च दिवशी नव्याने गोल्ड लोन देणं किंवा डिस्बर्स करण्यावर बंदी घातली आहे. JM Fin Pdts मध्ये नियामक त्रुटींमुळे आरबीआयने त्यांच्या उत्पादनांना शेअर आणि बाँड फंडिंगपासून प्रतिबंधित केले आहे. दरम्यान कंपनीने नियामकांचे दावे फेटाळले आहेत.
