'तेजस' हा सिनेमा 27 ऑक्टोबर 2023 रोजी सिनेमागृहात प्रदर्शित झाला आहे. भारतात हा सिनेमा 1300 स्क्रीन्सवर रिलीज झाला होता. अॅडव्हान्स बुकिंगदेखील या सिनेमाचं खूप कमी झालं होतं. पहिल्या दिवशी फक्त 1.25 कोटींची कमाई केली आहे. या चित्रपटाला कमी बजेट असलेल्या ’12th Fail’ या सिनेमाने टक्कर देत चांगली कमाई केली आहे. ’12th Fail’ ने रिलीजच्या पहिल्या दिवशी 1 कोटी रुपयांहून अधिक कमाई केली आहे. विक्रांतने शेअर केलेल्या पोस्टनुसार, चित्रपटाने 1.1 कोटी रुपये कमावले आहेत.
