शाहरुख खानची मॅनेजर पूजा ददलानीची केपी गोसावीशी कथितपणे ओळख करून देणारा सॅम डिसूझा याने अटकेपासून संरक्षण मिळावे यासाठी मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयात धाव घेतली आहे. डिसूझा याने पुष्टी केली आहे की, किरण गोसावीने पूजा ददलानीकडून अंगरक्षकाद्वारे 50 लाख रुपये घेतले होते. डिसोझाने असाही दावा केला आहे की, गोसावी हा फसवणूक करणारा आहे हे त्याला समजल्यावर त्याने ते पैसे दादलानीला परत केले.
