पीटीआयचे अध्यक्ष आणि माजी पंतप्रधान इम्रान खान यांच्या विमानाचा भीषण अपघात टळला आहे. हे विमान शनिवारी चकलालावरून गुजरांवाला येथे रॅलीसाठी जात असताना ही घटना घडली. सुत्रांनी दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार, इम्रान खान एका खास विमानातून गुजरांवाला येथे रॅलीसाठी जात असताना टेकऑफनंतर लगेचच तांत्रिक बिघाड झाला. त्यानंतर ताबडतोब विमानातील फ्लाइटच्या कॅप्टनने कंट्रोल टॉवरशी संपर्क साधला आणि विमानाचे सुरक्षित लँडिंग केले. इम्रान खान सुखरूप खाली उतरल्यानंतर ते रस्तामार्गाने रॅलीसाठी गुजरांवालाकडे रवाना झाले.
