Best Bakery Case: मुंबई सत्र न्यायालयाकडून Harshad Raoji Bhai Solanki आणि Mafat Manilal Gohil यांची सुटका
बेस्ट बेकरी प्रकरणामध्ये बेकरी चालवणाऱ्या शेख कुटुंबासह 14 जणांचा मृत्यू झाला होता.
मुंबई सत्र न्यायालयाकडून Harshad Raoji Bhai Solanki आणि Mafat Manilal Gohil यांची सुटका करण्यात आली आहे. 21 वर्ष जुन्या प्रकरणाचा संबंध गुजरात मध्ये 2002 साली झालेल्या दंगलींशी आहे. गुजरातच्या गोध्रा कांडांमध्ये बेस्ट बेकरी कांड चा देखील समावेश होता. बेकरी चालवणाऱ्या शेख कुटुंबासह 14 जणांचा मृत्यू झाला. या प्रकरणी गुजरात पोलिसांनी 21 जणांना आरोपी बनवून त्याच्याविरुद्ध गुन्हा दाखल केला होता.पण पुराव्याअभावी, वडोदरा येथील न्यायालयाने 2003 मध्ये सर्वांची निर्दोष मुक्तता केली, त्यानंतर सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने 2004 मध्ये पुनर्विलोकन याचिकेवर सुनावणी करताना हा खटला महाराष्ट्रात वर्ग करण्याचे निर्देश दिले होते.
