संजय राऊत यांनी भारताची न्यायव्यवस्था धोक्यात असल्याचा पुनरूच्चार केला आहे. जेव्हा देशाचे कायदा मंत्री किरण रिजीजू न्यायालयावर दबाव टाकणारी वक्तव्य करत आहेत तेव्हा त्याचा अर्थ काय? ते न्यायाव्यवस्थांना धमकावत असल्याचा दावा राऊतांनी केला आहे. जरी सरन्यायाधीश चंद्रचूड न्यायपालिकांवर दबाव नसल्याचं म्हणत असतील तरी तो आहे असे राऊतांनी पुन्हा म्हटलं आहे. दरम्यान एका कार्यक्रमात बोलताना 'काही निवृत्त न्यायाधीश हे “अॅन्टी इंडिया गॅंग” चा भाग आहेत आणि ते न्यायव्यवस्थेला विरोधी पक्षाची भूमिका बजावण्यास भाग पाडत आहेत.' असे रिजूजू म्हणाले आहेत.
