Delhi HC On Sanjay Pandey: मुंबईचे माजी पोलीस आयुक्त संजय पांडेंच्या जामीन प्रकरणी दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयाकडून ईडीला नोटीस
मुंबईचे माजी पोलीस आयुक्त संजय पांडे यांनी दाखल केलेल्या जामीन याचिकेवर दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयाने ईडीला नोटीस बजावली आहे.
एनएसई फोन टॅपिंग प्रकरणात (NSE Phone Tapping Case) मुंबईचे माजी पोलीस आयुक्त संजय पांडे (Sanjay Pandey) यांनी दाखल केलेल्या जामीन याचिकेवर (Bail) दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयाने (Delhi High Court) ईडीला (ED Notice) नोटीस बजावली आहे. तसेच पांडे यांनी दाखल केलेल्या दुसऱ्या याचिकेप्रमाणे न्यायालयाने सीबीआयला (CBI) पांडे विरुद्धची एफआयआर (FIR) रद्द करण्याची मागणी केली आहे. संजय पांडे जामीन प्रकरणी वरिष्ठ अॅड मुकुल रोहतगी (Mukul Rohatgi) यांनी दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयात युक्तीवाद केला आहे.
