Children Not Property Of Parents: मुलांचे कल्याण हे त्यांच्या आई-वडिलांच्या अधिकारापेक्षा जास्त महत्तवाचे - मुंबई उच्च न्यायालय

मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाने एका महिलेला आपल्या पंधरा वर्षीय मुलासग थाईलैंडवरुन भारतात येण्याचे निर्देश दिले आहेत. यामुळे हा मुलगा आपल्या वडिलांना तसेच भावा बहिणींना मिळू शकतो. यावेळी न्यायालयाने म्हटले की वैवाहिक विवादात मुलांना आपल्या संपत्ती प्रमाणे मानले जातो, हे या देशातील सर्वात कडवटपणे लढले जाणारे खटले आहेत. तसेच कोर्टाने पुढे म्हटले की, मुलाचे कल्याण तिच्या किंवा त्याच्यावरील पालकांच्या हक्कांपेक्षा महत्त्वाचे आहे. थायलंडमध्ये आईसोबत राहणाऱ्या आपल्या 15 वर्षांच्या मुलाला भेटण्याची मागणी करणारी याचिका एका व्यक्तीने केली होती.
