मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाने गोविंद पानसरे यांच्या हत्येचा तपास राज्य एसआयटीकडून काढून महाराष्ट्र एटीएसकडे हस्तांतरित केलेला आहे.
सीपीआय नेते गोविंद पानसरे (CPI Leader Govind Pansare) यांच्या हत्येचा तपास राज्य एसआयटी (SIT) करत होती. हत्येनंतर 7 वर्ष उलटूनही कुठले धागेदोरे हाती लागत नसल्याने मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाने (Bombay High Court) गोविंद पानसरे हत्येप्रकरणी महत्वाचे निर्णय दिला आहेत. मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाने गोविंद पानसरे यांच्या हत्येचा तपास राज्य एसआयटीकडून काढून महाराष्ट्र एटीएसकडे (Maharashtra ATS) हस्तांतरित केलेला आहे.
