High Court On Narayan Rane Bungalow: केंद्रीय मंत्री नारायण राणेच्या घरावर फिरणार बुलडोजर, मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाचे आदेश
मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाने पुढील दोन आठवड्यात नारायण राणे यांच्या जूहू परिसरातील अनाधिकृत बांधकाम पाडण्याचे आदेश दिले आहेत.
केंद्रीय मंत्री नारायण राणे (Narayan Rane) यांच्या जूहू (Juhu) तारा रोडवरील बेकायदेशीर बांधकाम (Unauthorised Construction) केल्याचा आरोप होता. हे बेकायदेशीर बांधकाम राणे यांनी स्वत:हून हटवावे, अन्यथा पालिकेला तोडक कारवाई करून हटवावे लागेल, असा इशारा मुंबई महापालिकेने राणे यांना नोटीसीद्वारे दिला होता. तरी आता मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाने (Bombya High Court) पुढील दोन आठवड्यात हे अनाधिकृत बांधकाम पाडण्याचे आदेश दिले आहेत. तसेच अनाधिकृत बांधकाम केल्याबाबत नारायण राणेंना 10 लाखांचा दंड ठोठावण्यात आहे.
