नागपूर शहरामध्ये आज 'मारबत' साजरा केला जात आहे. ईडा पीडा टळू दे या प्रार्थनेसह नागपूर मध्ये मिरवणूका काढल्या जात आहेत. तान्हा पोळ्यासह हा उत्सव साजरा केला जातो. ही 144 वर्ष जुनी परंपरा आहे. यावेळी नागपूरात रस्त्यावर मोठी गर्दी उसळली आहे. ही गर्दी बॉलिवूडच्या गाण्यांवर थिरकताना दिसत आहे. पोळ्याच्या दुसऱ्या दिवशी मारबत आणि बडग्याचा उत्सव साजरा केला जातो.
