SC on Bike-Taxi Ban In Delhi: राजधानीत बाइक, टॅक्सी, UBER आणि Rapido वर बंदी कायम, सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयाच्या आदेशाला दिली स्थगिती
फेब्रुवारी 2023 मध्ये दिल्ली सरकारने राजधानीत बाईक टॅक्सींवर तात्काळ बंदी घातली होती, ज्याला कॅब एग्रीगेटर्सनी दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयात आव्हान दिले होते.
दिल्लीत सरकारने बाइक टॅक्सींवर घातलेल्या बंदीच्या मुद्द्यावर आज सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात सुनावणी होणार आहे. सुनावणीनंतर न्यायालयाने दिल्ली सरकारच्या बाजूने निर्णय देताना राजधानीतील बाइक आणि टॅक्सी, उबेर, रॅपिडोवरील बंदी तूर्तास कायम ठेवण्याचे आदेश दिले आहेत. आम्ही तुम्हाला सांगतो की, फेब्रुवारी 2023 मध्ये दिल्ली सरकारने राजधानीत बाईक टॅक्सींवर तात्काळ बंदी घातली होती, ज्याला कॅब एग्रीगेटर्सनी दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयात आव्हान दिले होते.
