लालकुआन येथे एका हत्तीचा रेल्वेखाली चिरडल्याने मृत्यू झाला. ट्रेनने हत्तीला एक किलोमीटरपर्यंत फरफडत नेले. त्यानंतर हत्तीचा जागीच मृत्यू झाल्याचे पश्चिम बंगालच्या गौला रेंज वन विभागाने माबिती दिली आहे.
