किशोरवयीन नातेसंबंध बाबत आरोप निश्चिती वेगळ्या पातळीवर हाताळण्याची गरज असते असं मत दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयाने नोंदवलं आहे. POCSO लावण्यासाठी अजूनही हात कायद्याने बांधले गेले आहेत. त्यामुळे त्यामध्येही बदल आवश्यक असल्याचं कोर्टाने सूचवलं आहे. ट्रायल कोर्टाने दिलेल्या आदेशाला आव्हान देणाऱ्या दिल्ली पोलिसांनी दाखल केलेल्या याचिकेवर सुनावणी सुरू होती. या आदेशात, बलात्काराच्या आरोपीला IPC च्या कलम 363 आणि 376 आणि POCSO कायद्याच्या कलम 4 अंतर्गत दंडनीय गुन्ह्यांसाठी सोडण्यात आले.
