Pawan Khera: काँग्रेस नेते पवन खेरा यांना सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाकडून दिलासा; खेरा यांना मंगळवारपर्यंत अटकेपासून संरक्षण
आसाम पोलिसांनी काँग्रेस नेते पवन खेरा यांना दिल्ली विमानतळावरून अटक केली होती.
दिल्ली विमानतळावरुन (Delhi Airport) आसाम पोलिसांनी काँग्रेस नेते पवन खेरा (Pawan Khera) यांना अटक केली होती. या अटके नंतर त्यांनी सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात (Supreme Court) धाव घेतली होती. सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने त्यांना दिल्ली न्यायालयात हजर करुन अंतरिम जामिनावर सोडण्याचे निर्देश दिले आहेत. तसेच जोपर्यंत पवने खेरा जामीनासाठी अर्ज करत नाहीत तोपर्यंत त्यांना अटक करु नये असेही सर्वोच्च न्यायालयानं म्हटले आहे.
