ती कमावत असली तरी ती पतीकडून पोटगी मिळवण्यास पात्र असल्याचे निरीक्षण दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयाने म्हटले आहे
दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयाने सोमवारी सांगितले की, केवळ पत्नी कमावते आहे याचा अर्थ तीला पोटगी मिळण्याचा अधिकार नाही असा महत्तवपूर्ण निकाल दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयाने दिला आहे. न्यायमूर्ती व्ही कामेश्वर राव आणि न्यायमूर्ती अनूप कुमार मेंदिरट्टा यांच्या खंडपीठाने असेही निरीक्षण नोंदवले की, विविध कायद्यांमध्ये महिला आणि मुलांसाठी पोटगी किंवा अंतरिम पोटगी देण्याची तरतूद पत्नीपेक्षा पतीची जबाबदारी अधिक आहे.
