ICICI Bank-Videocon Money Laundering Case: चंदा कोचर आणि पती दीपक कोचर अटक प्रकरणी सीबीआयला अहवाल दाखल करण्याचे आदेश
आयसीआयसीआय बँकेच्या माजी व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक आणि मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी चंदा कोचर आणि त्यांचे पती दीपक कोचर यांच्या अटकेला आव्हान देणाऱ्या आणि अंतरिम दिलासा मागणाऱ्या यांचीकेवर मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयात शुक्रवारी पुढील सुनावणी होणार आहे. त्यापूर्वी त्यांच्या अर्जावर सीबीआयला अहवाल दाखल करण्याचे निर्देश हायकोर्टाने दिले आहेत.
आयसीआयसीआय बँकेच्या माजी व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक आणि मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी चंदा कोचर आणि त्यांचे पती दीपक कोचर यांच्या अटकेला आव्हान देणाऱ्या आणि अंतरिम दिलासा मागणाऱ्या यांचीकेवर मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयात शुक्रवारी पुढील सुनावणी होणार आहे. त्यापूर्वी त्यांच्या अर्जावर सीबीआयला अहवाल दाखल करण्याचे निर्देश हायकोर्टाने दिले आहेत. आयसीआयसीआय बँक-व्हिडिओकॉन कथित मनी लाँडरिंग प्रकरणात सीबीआयने शुक्रवारी या जोडप्याला अटक केली. न्यायालयात सीबीआयच्या वकिलाने सांगितले की, त्यांनी त्यांच्याकडे नोंदवलेल्या पहिल्या तपास अहवालानुसार आरोपी क्रमांक चार आणि पाचला (चंदा कोचर, दीपक कोचर) अटक केली आहे.
