HC On Non Hindus In Mandir: पलानी मंदिर मध्ये गैर-हिंदूंना ध्वजस्तंभाच्या पलीकडे प्रवेश दिला नाही- मद्रास उच्च न्यायालय
मदुराई खंडपीठाचे न्यायमूर्ती एस श्रीमथी यांनी निर्णय देताना केलेल्या टीपण्णी नुसार, मंदिरे ही पिकनिकची ठिकाणे नाहीत आणि इतर समुदायांप्रमाणे हिंदूंनाही हस्तक्षेप न करता त्यांचा धर्म पाळण्याचा अधिकार आहे.
पलानी मंदिर मध्ये गैर-हिंदूंना ध्वजस्तंभाच्या पलीकडे प्रवेश दिला जाणार नाही असे मद्रास उच्च न्यायालयाने म्हटलं आहे. मदुराई खंडपीठाचे न्यायमूर्ती एस श्रीमथी यांनी निर्णय देताना केलेल्या टीपण्णी नुसार, मंदिरे ही पिकनिकची ठिकाणे नाहीत आणि इतर समुदायांप्रमाणे हिंदूंनाही हस्तक्षेप न करता त्यांचा धर्म पाळण्याचा अधिकार आहे. गैर हिंदू असलेल्यांना शपथपत्र देऊन मगच प्रवेश द्यावा असे मद्रास हायकोर्टनं सुनावणीवेळी सांगितलं आहे.
