HC On DNA Test Of Child: पितृत्व चाचणी घेऊन वडील मुलाची देखभाल टाळू शकत नाहीत; मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाचा महत्त्वपूर्ण निर्णय
मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाच्या नागपूर खंडपीठाने अलीकडेच असा निर्णय दिला की, अपवादात्मक प्रकरणांमध्ये मुलाची पितृत्व चाचणी घेण्याचे आदेश दिले जाऊ शकतात.
HC On DNA Test Of Child: मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाच्या नागपूर खंडपीठाने अलीकडेच असा निर्णय दिला की, अपवादात्मक प्रकरणांमध्ये मुलाची पितृत्व चाचणी घेण्याचे आदेश दिले जाऊ शकतात. डीएनए चाचणीची मागणी करून मुलाचा उदरनिर्वाह टाळण्याचा वडिलांचा प्रयत्न सुरुवातीलाच हाणून पाडला पाहिजे. न्यायमूर्ती जीए सानप यांनी पत्नीच्या पोटी जन्मलेल्या मुलाची पितृत्व चाचणी घेण्याची मागणी करणारी व्यक्तीची याचिका फेटाळून लावली. पितृत्व चाचणी घेऊन वडील मुलाची देखभाल टाळू शकत नाहीत, असा महत्त्वपूर्ण निर्णय मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाने दिला आहे.
