Kerala High Court: घटस्फोटानंतर बायको नवऱ्याकडून दागिने परत मिळवू शकते, पण त्यासाठी पत्नीला करावं लागेल 'हे' काम
बायको पतीकडून सोने किंवा इतर साहित्य तेव्हाच वापस मागवू शकते, जेव्हा ती हे सर्व पतीला दिल्याचं सिद्ध करू शकते. हे सिद्ध झाल्यानंतर पतीला पत्नीला तिचे दागिने वापस करावे लागतील.
Kerala High Court: घटस्फोटाच्या प्रकरणी केरळ उच्च न्यायालयाने दागिने आणि इतर साहित्याबाबत मोठा निर्णय दिला आहे. निर्णय देताना न्यायालयाने सांगितले की, बायको पतीकडून सोने किंवा इतर साहित्य तेव्हाच वापस मागवू शकते, जेव्हा ती हे सर्व पतीला दिल्याचं सिद्ध करू शकते. हे सिद्ध झाल्यानंतर पतीला पत्नीला तिचे दागिने वापस करावे लागतील. कौटुंबिक न्यायालयाच्या निर्णयाला आव्हान देणाऱ्या एका प्रकरणात याचिका फेटाळताना केरळ उच्च न्यायालयाने ही टिप्पणी केली आहे. न्यायमूर्ती अनिल के नरेंद्रन आणि न्यायमूर्ती अजित कुमार यांच्या खंडपीठाने या प्रकरणाची सुनावणी करताना सांगितले की, पत्नीचे सोन्याचे दागिने पतीच्या नावाने बनवलेल्या लॉकरमध्ये ठेवणे हे त्याच्याकडे सोपवण्यासारखे असू शकत नाही.
