Arunabh Kumar: TVF चे संस्थापक अरुणभ कुमार यांची लैंगिक छळ प्रकरणात निर्दोष मुक्तता
मुंबई न्यायालयाने TVF चे संस्थापक अरुणभ कुमार यांची 2017 च्या लैंगिक छळ प्रकरणात निर्दोष मुक्तता केली. अरुणभ कुमार यांच्याविरोधात वर्सोवा पोलीस ठाण्यात गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला होता. याशिवाय अरुणभ कुमार यांच्याविरोधात आणखीही एक गुन्हा दाखल झाला होता. त्यानंतर त्यांनी TVF च्या CEO पदावरुन राजीनामा दिला होता.
मुंबई न्यायालयाने TVF चे संस्थापक अरुणभ कुमार यांची 2017 च्या लैंगिक छळ प्रकरणात निर्दोष मुक्तता केली. अरुणभ कुमार यांच्याविरोधात वर्सोवा पोलीस ठाण्यात गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला होता. याशिवाय अरुणभ कुमार यांच्याविरोधात आणखीही एक गुन्हा दाखल झाला होता. त्यानंतर त्यांनी TVF च्या CEO पदावरुन राजीनामा दिला होता. तक्रारदाराकडून एफआयआर दाखल करण्यास विलंब आणि कोणत्याही सबळ पुराव्या अभावी त्यांची निर्दोश मुक्तता करण्यात आली.
