'पाक लाह' म्हणून ओळखले जाणारे अब्दुल्लाह यांना रविवारी श्वसनाच्या त्रासामुळे क्वालालंपूर येथील स्टेट इन्स्टिट्यूट ऑफ हार्टमध्ये दाखल करण्यात आले होते, जिथे हृदयरोगतज्ज्ञांच्या पथकाकडून त्यांच्यावर बारकाईने लक्ष ठेवण्यात आले होते. पण सर्व प्रयत्नांना न जुमानता, सोमवारी संध्याकाळी 7:10 वाजता त्यांचे निधन झाले.
